The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) has received authority from the Mayor and City Council to issue a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) under the Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) for calendar year 2008.
A bidder’s conference has been scheduled for 1:00 P.M., Monday, April 7, 2008, at the Offices of the Los Angeles Community Development Department, 1200 West 7th Street, fourth floor, Conference Room B.
The tentative final date for submitting applications will be Monday, April 21, 2008.
Final draft regulations have been modified from the previous round with the input of the local development community. All documents are available below and are subject to change and/or approval by the Mayor and City Council.
