Loan servicing includes:

• Processing of loan repayments;
• Pay-off Statement;
• Mortgage Verification;
• Subordination;
• Reconveyance, etc.

In addition to loans made by the Los Angeles Housing Department, Portfolio Management services loans originally made by: 

• Housing Preservation and Production Department
• Community Development Department
• Department of Building and Safety
• City of Los Angeles, A Municipal Corporation
