2008 - PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM (PSHP)

NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY (NOFA)

The Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) expects to receive authority from the Mayor and City Council to issue a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the 2008 Permanent Supportive Housing Program (PSHP).

 

Based upon this authority, LAHD is soliciting gap financing applications for multifamily affordable housing developments.    It is estimated that at least $15 Million in funding will be available for this round.  LAHD will review the submitted applications and prepare a list of projects, which will be recommended to receive Letters of Commitment for funding from the PSHP, for Mayor and City Council consideration and approval.

 

A bidder’s conference has been scheduled for 3:00 PM on Monday, April 7, 2008 at the Offices of the Community Development Department, 1200 West 7th Street, Fourth floor, Conference Room B.
