CONSOLIDATED PLAN - PROGRAM YEAR 06/07

The Los Angeles Housing Department operates a number of different affordable housing programs that utilize Consolidated Plan funding ( .pdf) . All of these programs have different application processes and eligible applicants.

Some of the Housing Programs are implemented by contract agencies to which individuals may apply for assistance. Others, such as the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, accept applications only from experienced affordable housing developers through a competitive process called a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
