LEAD HAZARD REMEDIATION PROGRAM

The LAHD Lead Hazard Remediation Program* offers financial assistance to make units lead safe.

Lead-Based Paint Grant Qualifying Requirements:

• Located in the City of Los Angeles
• Built before 1978
• Have one or more bedrooms (no zero bedroom units)
• Occupied by low-income households (80% of area median income)
• Have a child under six (6) years old residing or spending a significant amount of time at the residence
