LAHD Residual Receipts Loan Reporting Requirements – June 2009
Loan servicing includes:
- Processing of loan payments;
- Pay-off Statement or Pay-off demand;
- Mortgage Verification;
- Subordination;
- Reconveyance;
- Assumption;
- Amendment, etc.
In addition to loans made by the Los Angeles Housing Department, Portfolio Management services housing loans originally made by:
- Housing Preservation and Production Department
- Community Development Department
- Department of Building and Safety
- City of Los Angeles, A Municipal Corporation
