PURPOSE: The proposed project is the adaptive re-use and rehabilitation of 31 existing units and the demolition of two single-family homes and a multi-family complex for the new construction of 20 additional housing units, designated for low-income residents, is in full compliance to the Boyle Heights Community Plan, a part of the General Plan of the City of Los Angeles.

PURPOSE: The proposed project is the demolition of 6 existing residential units and a vacant, commercial warehouse and the new construction of 46 affordable units designated for low-income seniors. The development will consist of 40 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom units. As described, the project is in full compliance to the Southeast Los Angeles Community Plan, a part of the General Plan of the City of Los Angeles.
