 Affordable Housing in Los Angeles 

LAHD is currently preparing a series of maps and tables detailing all of the City's affordable housing resources, currently totaling 63,562 units located in a total of 1,826 developments. The City's affordable housing resources include housing financed with federal, state and local funds, and/or received a land use benefit(s) such as density bonus, zone variance, etc. This information is derived from LAHD's Citywide Affordable Housing Database, July 2007.

LAHD monitors a portion of the affordable units in the City--see the Affordable Housing Roster for more information.
